Financial Analyst

Team Description:Join the Finance team at ALINA, where we play a crucial role in the strategic and operational success of a leader in neurotechnology and Quantum Magnetoencephalography (QMEG). Our team is responsible for managing the company’s finances, including planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting. As a Financial Analyst, you will provide key insights and financial guidance to support ALINA's decision-making and help drive the company’s financial performance.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making. This includes analyzing financial statements, forecasting future performance, and evaluating budget variances.
Collaborate with different departments to develop financial plans and projections.
Prepare regular financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Monitor and analyze market trends, providing insights that could impact the company’s financial strategy.
Assist in managing the budgeting process, working closely with department heads to prepare and adjust budgets.
Participate in the financial modeling of various scenarios to assist in strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analysis role.
Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and in using financial software and databases.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA).
Experience in the technology or healthcare industry, particularly in companies focused on research and development.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay Range:

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $95,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. ALINA offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career advancement.
